Kill processes:
heomstool.exe
Delete registry values:

HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\vddsdls
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\dvdsdtl.IEBrowserHelper
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\{E694E3DC-723F-40C7-87FE-6FFC222AD122}
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Browser Helper Objects\{E694E3DC-723F-40C7-87FE-6FFC222AD122}
Unregister DLLs:
dvdsdtl.dll

Delete files:
heomstool.exe, dvdsdtl.dll
Delete directories:
C:\Windows\System\vddsdls
C:\Windows\System32\vddsdls
C:\Winnt\System32\vddsdls
Misc:
Names of some registry keys may vary.
