This RAT program uses the same basic principles that all RATs do: the
victim's computer is infected with a server program, and the attacker
can access it from a distant machine, using a client on his own
machine. The author of this pest is a hacker called Circleofhatred13.
However this pest can not be classified as dangerous, because its
functions are non-destructive, and the only thing they can do is annoy
the victim. The pest is written in Visual Basic. Several versions
(Hatred-Fiend 1.0, Hatred-Fiend 1.2, Hatred-Fiend 1.3) appeared from
April 2003 to February 2005.

Binder. To Register The Missing Files GoTo Start Then Run After you
placed the file in the system32 folder under run add this regsvr32.exe
c:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\FlatButt.ocx"
