The attacker infects the PC via the e-mail or File and Print Sharing. A
"server" allows him to connect via a "client" on his own machine. The
functions of a RAT may vary, depending on the needs of the hacker. Some

files and even crash your system. The interesting thing about this pest
is that the "server" is designed for UNIX, and the "client" for Windows
operating systems. The author of this RAT is a hacker called Froze. The
pest originated in June 2001. This RAT uses such stealth techniques as
"trojan" to infiltrate the system. It creates a "backdoor" in the
security allowing the intruder to connect completely unnoticed. This
pest was created by Ami S.
