Hottarts is a dialer that connects an affected computer to the Internet via an expensive phone number. This parasite accesses adult resources without asking for user permission. Hottarts can get into the system from various pornographic web sites. Once executed, the dialer installs its files and alters the registry, so it could run on every Windows startup. Hottarts activity may result in receiving high phone bills from your local phone company.
