The website is titled SaveSoldier - Online Protection. However, it has nothing to do with PC protection. hqpcscanner.com is actually a copy of Windows Explorer. It uses Windows XP icons, progress bars and other graphical elements to make it look more reliable. Once the fake scan is finished, you will be prompted to download SaveSoldier.
