Do titles “Ads by HQPureV1.8,” “Special offer for you by HQPureV1.8,” “brought by HQPureV1.8” or “HQPureV1.8 ads” sound familiar to you? If yes, you are probably receiving an enormous amount of HQPureV1.8 promotional content every day. If you are looking for a solution to this problem, you are at the right place – we are going to explain what HQPureV1.8 adware is and how to get rid of the ads that it sends to you.

HQPureV1.8 – why is this program sending you various advertisements?

As we have already mentioned, it is an adware program, and that means it is ad-supported. In most of the cases, it creates banners on the websites that you visit, or sends pop-up ads when you browse the Internet. Be careful – ads by HQPureV1.8 might seem to be useful at the first sight. They provide various price comparisons, show discount codes, coupons, and other e-shopping related offers. It might seem that this program can help you to save time and money shopping online. Unfortunately, that is not true, and you should not rely on these ads at all.

HQPureV1.8 adware displaying HQPureV1.8 ads

HQPureV1.8 adware is a potentially unwanted program (PUP), which collects non-personal information about you, including your browsing history, clicks, search keywords that you use, IP address, PC’s geolocation and other similar information. Then it processes this information, finds the information that interests you, and finds similarly-looking content. Then, it sends this content for you. Do not be surprised that HQPureV1.8 ads look so impressive – that is not a coincidence. Moreover, do not try to click on these ads! Security experts say that this program displays fake deals. It is just a way to attract you and make you click on the ad with an intention to explore the deals that do not even exist. However, such ads are designed to cause redirects to affiliate websites and generate web traffic for them.

Basically, clicking on HQPureV1.8 ads is going to end you up on suspicious third-party websites. Take note that such sites can be infectious, and you should not visit them or try to explore their content! If you have noticed these ads already, we recommend removing this program as soon as possible. You can do that with an anti-spyware software if you want. We recommend using Reimage anti-spyware software. Removing this adware program might also help to increase your computer’s speed, as this computer parasite usually uses PC’s resources to load up the ads.

How did HQPureV1.8 hijack my PC?

This adware program is spread the same way like any other PUP. It is distributed as an attachment to other freeware programs. To avoid installing such attachments, you need to monitor the software’s installation process carefully whenever you download a new program to your computer. You should always read the relevant documents – Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. Besides, you should set particular installation settings. Always opt for ‘Custom’ or ‘Advanced’ installation method. This configuration expands the ‘Settings’ window. Then, deselect any suspicious proposals to install additional software.

If HQPureV1.8 PUP has already hijacked your computer, you might want to remove it. To learn how to do it manually, read the instructions on page 2.

What should you do in order to remove this PC intruder?
