This is a Remote Administration Tool (RAT), used by hackers for gaining
access to distant PCs. A RAT program works by a simple but effective
principle: the hacker infects the machine with a "server" program via
the e-mail or File and Print Sharing system and can control it, using a
"client" on his computer. This pest was created by a group called
gidsoftware. The pest was written in Visual C programming language. The
origination date is May 2004. The infection peaked in such countries as
the United States, Australia, Netherlands and Switzerland.

"Huey is a remote control program that allows you to remotely control
another PC through the internet or your local area network. It is
specifically designed to allow you to easily use your work/school
computer from home. Features full 256, 15, 16, 24 or 32 bit screen
transfer without loss of screen resolution; Reasonable usability at 56k
modem speeds; File transfer; Clipboard transfer; User definable
hotkeys; User definable IP Port; Full screen mode; Login, logout or
lock your computer remotely; Data compression; Encryption; Swap mouse
buttons for left handed users; Thin installation (1 x Client file, 3 x
server files and no reboot); Huey client (huey.exe) can be installed
and executed from a floppy disk; Huey client runs on Windows 98, NT 4,
2000 and XP; Huey server runs as a service on NT 4, 2000 and XP"
