This is an Internet worm. It spreads by e-mail in infected attached archive files. When a user executes them, the worm searches for other running processes, which use e-mail component of a system, and tries to infect them. Then it waits for any outgoing message with an archive of the RAR type. The worm infects the archived file and sends a message with it.
