Worm NastySarah (alsno knowns as Sargo) was designed to spread by e-mail in messages with infected executable attachments, which look like image files. It also can delete all files and directories on the main hard disk. However, this worm cannot spread due to mistakes in its code, so it is very unlikely to receive this worm by e-mail.
