However I brought a PC back from the dead today after it had been sitting waiting for a new power unit. Lo and behold this IBiS toolbar was there...adaware couldn't get rid of it.
Howvere I installed avast antivirus (its free for individuals) and it got rid of the lot. Avast really is good free software --- better than all the other anti-virus stuff that you pay for..and it costs nothing (no have no connection with avast - or any software house lol)
I have been working removal of ibis toolbar for several days with no results. The thieving malicious bastards who put out this piece of shit are causing me untold grief.
