'This little utility is the easiest way to retrieve someones IP through ICQ. It'll steal it directly from ICQ, no crack or process tweaker needed. It was tested on ICQ 2000a. To use this all you need to do is be on ICQ. When you start the program it'll show all the people currently online on your list. Just click on the name a therez their IP, just as a crack or process tweaker would tell you. The refresh button will update the list of online users.'
