Kill processes:
iedriver.exe, ieupdate.exe, td.exe, [X].exe
Delete registry values:

[X] is a certain digit.

[filename] is a path to the sb.htm file.

Exact file location:
sb.htm - C:\Windows\System, C:\Windows\System32 or C:\Winnt\System32
