Immunizr is a rogue anti-spyware program. Not unlike any other malware of the same nature, Immunizr commonly makes it's way to your computer via Trojans and by exploiting browser security loopholes. Once inside, the program proceeds to intimidate the user with popups and fake system notifications, all of which suggest that you have been infected. Obvious as it may seem, most users fail to recognize the true threat of the situation. In order to remove these supposed threats, the user has to pay for the licensed version of Immunizr, which is, in reality, a fake program.

The domain, Immunizr.com, is registered to someone without a name, a fact that does little to ensure credibility:
