IPClear is a rogue anti-spyware program that is advertised through Trojans that pretend to be video codecs or flash updates that are required to watch an online movie. Once installed, IPClear will scan your computer then will state it can't remove the infections until you first purchase the program. Of course, this is nothing more but a scam as the program creates harmless files it will detect to trick you into thinking there is actual malware on your computer.

The rogue program will also display fake security alerts and pop-ups on your desktop. Those alerts will state that your computer is infected and that you are being attacked by a remote computer that may steal your sensitive information. What is more, this fake anti-spyware program will impersonate Windows Security Center and then will suggest that you purchase IPClear to protect your computer from malware and other viruses. Just like the scan results, those fake security alerts and pop-ups should be ignored. If you find that your computer is infected with this bogus program please follow the removal instructions below to remove IPClear from your computer upon detection. If you have already purchased the program, then please contact your credit card company and dispute the charges.
