Worm Ircobus spreads in local networks and through IRC channels. It installs itself to the system and modifies mIRC chat client's settings. Then it starts its spreading routine. It infects vulnerable computers with resources shared for full access and replicates infected files in IRC chats. The worm contains a trojan, which can be used by attackers to control an infected system remotely. It also can attack several web sites.
