I have tried all those things listed -booting in safe mode then on spybot. Can't find jeired. dll or tvmbho.dll

Any suggestions. My computer is dying

I remove cleverhooker with spybot and pest patrol and have done what your directons say and clever hooker is still there everytime I run spybot. How do I get rid of it for good?
