Kurofoo is a trojan that collects e-mail account details, gathers user sensitive information and makes stolen data available to users of the Winny file sharing network. Once executed, the parasite installs itself to the system and runs a payload. Kurofoo periodically searches for and collects e-mail account details, web browser cookies, user favorites, addresses of visited web sites, user login names and passwords, clipboard contents, etc. The trojan saves gathered data in two files shared through the Winny peer-to-peer application. Kurofoo runs on every Windows startup.
