"Latest Updates Available" Pop up is a fake alert notification from rogue anti-spyware application ANG Antivirus 09. The "Latest Updates Available" pop-up text is written below:

"WARNING ANG AntiVirus Alert!
Latest updates available. Automatic updates ensure total protection against all known viruses, worms, and Trojans, These malicious elements may download themselves into your system and stealthily perform hazardous actions causing frequent system crashes, data loss, and other erratic behavior.
Malware found on your PC! We highly recommend that you update yoru system immediately to ensure absolute protection.
Would you like to update your system now?"

It is obvious, that this and similar alert notices will disappear after removal of ANG Antivirus 09. Otherwise the "Latest Updates Available" alert notice will pop up again constantly.
