This is an Internet worm, which spreads in IRC networks an by e-mail. It installs itself to the system and uses Microsoft Outlook mail client to send infected messages to all addresses in the Address Book. It also affects mIRC chat client and uses this program to distribute itself in IRC channels. However, the worm depends on some uncommon software and most probably will not infect a computer with no such software installed.
