Lsas.Blaster.Keylogger is a bogus security threat displayed in a fake security alert from rogue anti-spyware application called System Security. The fake alert states that Internet Explorer is infected with worm Lsas.Blaster.Keyloger and that this worm is trying to send your credit card details using Internet Explorer to connect to remote host. System Security displays this fake alert in order to trick you into purchasing the program. Simply ignore this fake alert and remove System Security from your computer immediately.

kill the process in taskmanager while in safe mode and download malwarebytes antimalware from malwarebytes.org and it should clean things up, then get a real time antivirus thats actually legitimate

Numbers were different, 02765828, but I was able understand the jist of it. Also, wasn't able to remove, view or edit until I booted into Safe Mode on this Vista Home laptop. Thank you very much for your help!

Restart in safe mode, go to add and remove programs, and look for a MacAfee program.
This is a bogus program, uninstall.
After this you should be able to up date your own anti virus software and every thing should be OK.. It worked for me.
