MacroVirus is a rogue anti-spyware program - a fake spyware removal tool, which disguises itself as a legitimate program. MacroVirus infiltrates systems by using trojans, such as Zlob and its counterparts, and uses scare tactics, including popups and fake system security notifications to convince the user that he/she is infected and should therefore use MacroVirus to remove the infection. This program is nothing more than a scam, which means you should remove MacroVirus immediately if you're infected.
