MarketScore spyware acts as a proxy service. It connects your computer to the Internet through remote proxy server. Spyware vendor claims that such method increases the Internet connection speed. However, remote server tracks your web traffic and may record all the data you transfer via Internet. MarketScore can download and install additional programs and automatically update itself.

There is a hidden uninstall feature. Open a DOS command prompt window (from Start->Programs->Accessories) and enter (for Windows 95/98/Me):

'%WinDir%SYSTEMNSCheck.exe' /uninstall
Or for Windows NT/2000/XP just:

NSCheck /uninstall

I got xp

No NScheck/uninstall file present

Searched everywhere i could think of for removal/uninstall files

I get the following msg when i use "WWW." in the address. if i remove WWW. from the address i can connect no problem????

In the small print of the agreement they mention that they can log all your surfing traffic.
