Micro AV is another duplicate rogue program of MSAntivirus, MS Antivirus, and Internet Antivirus. Parasite gets to the system through Trojan applications like spam emails or many others "free" downloads bundled with spyware and trojans. MicroAV, like other similar rogue applications, presents itself as a powerful spyware catcher. But truth is that this application generates misleading pop-up’s with falsified information multiply, as a scare tactics to force user purchase “fully licensed” program. These online scans and notifications try’s to redirects users to the web site of Micro AV to make sure that user purchases it. Trial version of parasite is able to run fake system scans and display non existent system risks. All websites of this parasite family uses same template, only colors and pictures are different but all the rest content is the same. And large amount of falsified pop-up’s and slowdown of a system is the first sign that your system is infected with Micro AV or similar spyware.
