Remove MidAddle. Description and removal instructions

MidAddle manual removal:

Kill processes:
[profile path]\local settings\temp\gg1yk81.exe, [program files]\common files\midaddle\uninst.exe, [system root]\temp\midaddle.exe
Delete registry values:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\software\microsoft\windows\currentversion\run\gg1yk81.exe
Unregister DLLs:
