MyInfoGuard is a rogue anti-spyware program that deliberately displays false scan results to make you think you that your computer is infected with malware. It's promoted through the use of fake online anti-malware scanners that state your computer is infected and that you should download and install MyInfoGuard to remove the infections and to protect your PC against other viruses. When installed it will start to scan your computer when you login to Windows. When the scan is finished it will list numerous infections on your computer and then state that you should purchase the program in order to remove found malware. Please don't purchase this bogus program. It's a scam. Instead, please follow MyInfoGuard removal instructions below to remove this rogue program and any related malware from your computer. If you have already purchased it then please contact your credit card company and dispute the charges.
