NavExcel adware displays undesirable commercial advertisements and redirects a web browser to certain sites. NavExcel rather is the unwanted program than actual parasite. It must be manually installed or may arrive with some third-party software. NavExcel runs every time the user launches Internet Explorer.

this thing changes the settings to such an exent that even after uninstalling (deleting) it your settings will remain the same... They can never be changed back to defualts or your customs for that matter
