A Remote Administration Tool is a special kind of hacker spyware, used for remote access and control of other people's computers. The attacker infects the PC via the e-mail or File and Print Sharing. A "server" allows him to connect via a "client" on his own machine. This RAT tool is a shareware program. The full version costs about 35 dollars. The shareware version can not be classified as very dangerous, because the "server" icon is visible. However the program includes a lot of dangerous functions, such as "keylogger", "file manager", etc. This virus affects Windows 95/98/ME/NT/2000 operating systems. The pest is compressed with ASPack. It originated in April 2000. The author is a hacker called YingKit.

Close Server - Closes the server.
Update Server - Replaces the old version server with a newer server.
Shutdown/Restart/Logoff - Enables you to shutdown, restart and logoff the server.
Start/Stop FTP Server - All file transfers can be done via the built-in FTP server.
Hangup Modem - Hangs up the remote modem.
Download File - Asks the server to download files via HTTP protocol.
Open URL - Opens an URL in ther server side with the default browser.
Execute File - External programs can be executed here.
Task Manager - Allows you to control the opened tasks in the server.
Hide/Show Taskbar - Hides and restores the task bar.
Hide/Show Start Button - Hides and restores the start button.
Hide/Show Desktop Icons - Hides and restores the desktop icons.
Change Wallpaper - Gives you control of the wallpaper.
Start Screen Saver - Starts the remote screen saver.
Capture Screen - You may take a snapshot of the remote computer by this function.
Swap/Restore Mouse Buttons - The left and right buttons of the mouse can be swapped.
Hide/Restore Mouse Cursor - The mouse cursor can be made hidden.
Lock/Restore Mouse - Disables the mouse.
Monitor Key Strokes - All keys pressed in server side will be trapped.
Disable/Enable System Keys - Disables Ctrl-Alt-Del, Alt-Tab and Ctrl-ESC.
Play Wave File - Plays a wave in the server.
Record Sound - Records sound by microphone in the server.
Show Message - Sends a message to the server. The message will appear as a dialog.
Yes-No Dialog - Same as "Show Message", except that the user at server can response.
Chat With Server - Real time chat with the user at the server.
Eject/Close CDROM - Lets you to eject/close the remote CDROM drive.
Lock Clipboard - The remote clipboard will be locked and cannot be changed.
Send Texts To Clipboard - Sends the specified texts to the remote clipboard."
