A very simple and effective Remote Administration Tool. Created by Xela & Pwl. This RAT was written in Visual Basic programming language. The origination date is March 1999.

"Usage: Just send it to some of your friends and tell them its
a damn good NukeProtector...
It will listen on port: 11223

opencd---Opens the cd
closecd---close the cd
kill-icq---Delete icq
reboot---Restart computer
shutdown---shutdown computer

Everytime you connect to your friends IP on port 11223 and send those
commands the server will apply them...and open cd the if that command
was sent.
