NullBot is a dangerous mIRC (Internet Relay Chat) trojan, which usually sneaks into the system after a careless use accepts suspicious DCC file transfer proposal. If this happens, NullBot Trojan gives the anonymous hacker a partial access to the infected machine. This means the hacker gets an ability of performing a wide variety of actions, such as stealing user's confidential data (passwords, private messages, etc.) or damaging key system components.
NullBot Trojan properties: • Allows remote user connection • Sends out logs by FTP or email • Logs keystrokes • Connects itself to the internet • Hides from the user • Stays resident in background
