OfferAgent is a typical adware parasite that can be installed to the system as a part of certain ad-supported program. The adware serves undesirable pop-ups containing various commercial advertisements. OfferAgent runs on every Windows startup. Its files are located in the main system folder C:\Windows or C:\Winnt.
