Orcu is a trojan designed for stealing user sensitive information including bank and PayPal account details and passwords. The parasite spreads in the Orkut online community through messages (in Portuguese) containing malicious links. Clicking on such a link installs the trojan. Orcu collects user confidential data, downloads and runs other dangerous parasites, tracks user activity and steals login details and passwords from predetermined web sites. It can also gather important system information, modify Internet Explorer settings and terminate running antivirus software. All stolen information is transferred to a remote server. Orcu runs on every Windows startup.
