my pc is severely infected with worm.passma 32.
it has affected all the .exe files. please help

My PC is completely infected by passma.b worm its present in all .exe files though i have formatted the main patition its still present in others so pls tell me wat do i do cos i cannot format all the partitions..

i have successfully removed the passma virus from my computer but can anyone tell me how to disinfect the files which it infected ... the exe files... i cannot afford to delete them.... but all anti virus softwares say that they cannot disinfect the infected files and will have to delete them.... please help.

Even I need some tool to remove the virus from infected files (32 bit exe`s). All AntiVirus software instruct to delete the infected applications (*.exe) itself, then whats the use of antivirus when uses can not get back their infected files. My suggesion to all AntiVirus development team is try to make virus removeal tool (virus extracting tool from infected files) rather than just detecting and deleting (quarantaine) the infected applications. I understand its more important to block or avoid further damage but at the same time I dont understand why none of the major AntiVirus software guys created virus removeal tool for W32.PASSMA.* By just quarantaining and deleting the infected files user might loose hundreds of importent applications...
I dont think any AntiVirus team would attempt to create removal tool coz this virus was detected in early 2002 itself, and its considered to be low level risk!!! when it damages system files of OS (XP and 2000) which is very much required to boot the computer!!!

I face lots of problem throught this worm actually i was working in the network i just connect one m/c to network and make that m/c workable after that i feel all the m/c were go down slow n slow n slow
i scan through my free AVG it gives me strange virus (worm) name. i try to clear that but that anti virus told me delete those infected file.. i can not delete those file bcoz those are very important for my system, thats why try to found i got this one ..
