Postcard.gif.exe is a trojan virus which pretends to be a virtual postcard from Postcards1001.com. Usually, user gets a fake e-mail with notice that he has received a virtual postcard. In order to preview that postcard, user has to download it. But the worst thing happens when Postcard.gif.exe is executed, because it allows unauthorized access to the system. As a result, system security is compromised. It is highly recommended to remove Postcard.gif.exe immediately after detection.
