PremiumHTML is a dialer that connects affected computer to the Interent through high-cost phone number using a modem. The parasite doesn't distribute itself and must be manually installed. Once executed, it creates files with random names and modifies the Windows registry in order to register itself as a web browser add-on. PremiumHTML runs every time the user starts Internet Explorer.
