PurityScan vendor claims that the program discovers undesirable files on your computer. However, this privacy tool actually is an adware. PurityScan downloads and displays large amount of undesirable pop-up advertisements and collects system information. It updates itself via the Internet. PurityScan can get into the system along with some ad-supported software. It also can be manually installed. Once executed, it creates lots of files and modifies the registry, so that the threat runs on every Windows startup. PurityScan may use files with random names.
