qidion toolbar does not uninstall from my client's add/remove programs. I'm searching the registry DB for entries for this program. I'll delete all entries from the HKCR, HKLM, HKU to remove this pest. Then I'm locking down IE to comply with a stringent "Acceptable Web site" policy. If the site is not listed in this policy then it is not available.
