Worm Randon spreads in local networks and through IRC channels. It installs itself to the system and starts to spread. It connects to some IRC networks using integrated chat client and distributes infected files to other chat users. It also infects vulnerable computers found in a local network. After the infection Randon connects to the Internet and downloads some plugins and other malicious programs.

• Stays resident in background
