RemoteExec is a legitimate remote administration tool, which is used by system administrators to update the remote system, run programs, manage the OS, shutdown or restart a computer. However, hackers use RemoteExec for malicious purposes. In evil hands this program is as much dangerous as complex backdoors are. Consider removing RemoteExec server part from the system as quickly as possible.
