Renamehomepage.com/security hijacker redirects browser to either renamehomepage.com/security/xp/ or renamehomepage.com/security/vista/. Both pages look like security centers that offer anti-virus programs. They report malwares located on visitor’s machine and offer deleting those after user buys UltimateAntivirus or Windows Antivirus 2008. It usually reports W32.Myzor.FK@yf and other nonexistent threats. The anti-virus tools promoted on this website are rogue and they do not function. Furthermore, renamehomepage.com/security has no access to visitor’s computer, yet it magically reports infections; this is called fraudulent advertising.
