Repair Registry Pro is a new rogue registry cleaner - a corrupt registry cleaning utility, which uses trojans, such as Zlob or Vundo, to enter the system. Once inside and active, the trojan will flood the user with popups and fake system notifications, supposedly to inform him that he has potentially dangerous registry errors. While this may or may not be true, Repair Registry Pro is only trying to convince the user that it IS true and that he needs the parasite's "licensed version" to dispose of the problem.
