SafeFighter is a misleading application that reports false system security threats on your computer to make you think you are infected with malware. The program is from the same family as Trust Cop, Secure Warrior, Secure Fighter and others. It enters a computer with the help of Trojans that display fake security notifications. Once installed, Safe Fighter will create many files with random names. These files will be then used in false scan results claiming that your computer is badly infected. Please note the only real infection is SafeFighter itself. It will prompt you to pay for a full version of the program which actually doesn't even exist to remove bogus security threats.
