Sometimes this fake program come bundled with trojan/tookit infection so you probably won't be able to launch anti-virus or anti-spyware software. In such case, you must end malicious processes first and after that run an anti-spyware software or remove Safe Pc Av associated files manually. Spyware Alert! Your computer is infected with spyware. If you see such site, please leave it immediately and don't download/install anything. What is more, the rogue program will impersonate Windows Security Center and claim that you should purchase SafePcAv software to protect yourself. Don't trust it.
