SaveDefense is a rogue anti-spyware application from the same family as WiniShield, Trust Ninja, SaveKeep, SaveSoldier, WiniFighter and WiniBlueSoft. The rogue program displays false scan results and fake security warnings to scare you into thinking that your computer is infected with spyware, adware and Trojans. The main goal of Save Defense is to steal money from you. Once installed, it will ask you to purchase a registered version of the program to remove threats which don’t even exist. Do not buy this software and uninstall SaveDefense from your computer upon detection.

While running, SaveDefense will ostensibly scan your computer and display various bogus infections that can not be removed unless you purchase the program. Don't worry too much about scan results as they are false. What is more, this parasite will constantly display fake security alerts stating that your computer is under attack or has many security risks and privacy issues. It will slow down your computer and hijack Internet Explorer web browser as well. Save Defense may disable certain Windows options and antivirus programs.
