SearchWWW is a relatviley harmless Internet Explorer toolbar that hijacks a web browser by changing its default home page to a certain web site. The threat doesn't have any additional functionality. It is distributed through ActiveX drive-by downloads and therefore can get into the system while visiting some insecure web sites. SearchWWW runs every time the user launches Internet Explorer.
