SecDl is a trojan designed to download from the Internet and install unsolicited software including potentially harmful programs. Once executed, the parasite displays the following fake message:

"SERIOUS SECURITY VULNERABILITY HAS BEEN FOUND!
Your PC is vulnerable to remote attackers via critical error in the Microsoft Internet Explorer. This vulnerability can be used by Adware/Spyware software to display unsolicited advertising or even STOLE YOUR PERSONAL/PRIVATE DATA and transfer it to the third party. It's highly recommended to install all the latest security patched from Microsoft and installspecial Adware/Spyware removal tools for future protection.
Would you like resolve this problem by selecting and installing Adware/Spyware removal tool right now?"

If the user replies positively by clicking on the Yes button, SecDl downloads and runs malicious code. If the user refuses, the trojan still installs itself to the system and displays the same message later. SecDl automatically runs on every Windows startup.
