When active on your computer, SecurePCCleaner proceeds to bombard you with pop-ups and fake system notifications warning you of an infection on you computer. The trial version confirms your worries with a falsified system scan filled with threats. To remove these non-existent threats you have to purchase the full version, which is also a fake.
