Security Fighter enters a computer secretly with the help of Trojan viruses. Usually, a Trojan installs this bogus program and a Rootkit which dump_atapi.sys and dump_WMILIB.SYS files in memory. Once installed, the misleading application will create many harmless files on your computer and then detect those files as very serious infections or possible computer security threats. If that won't convince you SecurityFighter will flood the system with very annoying and of course fake security alerts, notifications from Windows task bar and other pop-ups. It will state that your computer is not protected or is under attack by an Internet virus. To make things look more credibly the bogus program will impersonate Windows Security Center and display notifications about outdated or disabled anti-virus software.
SecurityFighter will also block antivirus software and security related websites to protect itself from being deleted. Your web browser may be also hijacked and you will be constantly redirected to misleading websites full of advertisements or fake software reviews. If you find that your computer is infected with this parasite, please use the removal guide below to remove SecurityFighter from the system manually for free. Related files: Uninstall.exe
