SeeqBar is a third-party toolbar for Internet Explorer. When the user enters an Internet address, which is not available or doesn't exist, SeeqBar redirects a web browser to seeq.com site. This threat doesn't spread and must be manually installed. Once executed, it creates a directory, drops its files there and modifies the registry to register itself as a web browser plugin.
