SiteAdware is a fake antivirus program that should be removed from PC upon detection. Please use the removal instructions to remove SiteAdware manually for free or use an automatic removal tool. Site Adware is yet another rogue application from the WiniSoft family. It's distributed through the use of Trojans that usually comes from misleading websites. Rogue applications are also promoted using social engineering methods. Once installed, Trojans download malicious files for the Internet and display fake warnings and pop-ups to make you think that your computer is infected with malware. When SiteAdware is running, it will create several harmless files and later will detect those files as infections or system security threats. The worst thing is that this program then asks to pay for a full version of the program to remove the infections which don't even exist. And there is only one word for this - scam! Also, when active, SiteAdware will display fake security alerts and various misleading pop-ups very frequently, likely every one minute or so. Sometimes it even won't let you do anything. Those fake security alerts state that your computer is infected and that your should purchase Site Adware to clean your computer. Well, first of all, SiteAdware is an infection itself. Obviously, it won't remove anything. Secondly, if you decide to purchase it, you will simply lose your money and that's all.

What makes this infection even more annoying is that the rogue program hijacks Internet Explorer and redirect to various misleading websites or blocks normal websites claiming that Internet connection is compromised and you may infect your PC.
