SouthBeachTel is a typical dialer that connects your computer to the Internet through high-cost phone number using a modem. It accesses a predefined Internet resource. SouthBeachTel can get into the system while visiting some web sites. Once executed, it installs files into main Windows directory (C:\Windows or C:\Winnt) and modifies the registry, so that the threat runs on every system startup.
